About Sebastian Hill
Managing Partner
Sebastian Hill is the Managing Partner at Boylan Lawyers, overseeing all practice areas and business operations. Sebastian specialises in family law, estate planning, intergenerational farming transfers and disputes and high profile disputed estates.
Originally working from the Port Pirie office, he established the Port Augusta office in 2012 with Paul Boylan. The Strathalbyn office followed in 2014, and finally the Adelaide head office in 2019.
Sebastian has been instrumental in growing the team from eight employees to over 50 and expanding office locations across South Australia from one to eight. Sebastian’s dedication to innovation ensures we continue to implement technology that makes our services more efficient and affordable.
Over his years of experience, Sebastian has acted for clients in successful disputed estate matters with properties the size of Singapore, asset settlements of over $20m, and with high profile clients. He has been involved in matters in the Supreme Court of South Australia, High Court of Australia, and across multiple jurisdictions.
Sebastian is an active board member of Westside Community Lawyers, providing legal services to people who do not qualify for legal aid, but cannot afford a private lawyer.
What makes Sebastian zealous about working in the legal profession is being of service to clients and their families by providing pragmatic solutions to difficult problems.
