At Boylan Lawyers, we understand that matters can feel personal, stressful and sometimes difficult to navigate. Clear communication and client confidence are important to us at every stage.

Kelly Sydenham, our Office Manager, is available as a dedicated point of contact for clients who have questions about their matter, need help understanding the process, or feel that something needs to be addressed in their dealings with our office.

Kelly’s role is to help ensure clients feel heard, supported and properly assisted. This may include helping with practical questions, following up on communication, directing concerns to the right person within the firm, or helping resolve issues where a client feels they need extra assistance.

While Kelly does not provide legal advice, she plays an important role in supporting the client experience and helping maintain the high standard of care expected at Boylan Lawyers.

If you have a question, concern or simply need help knowing who to speak with, Kelly is available to assist.
