Alison Martens, Senior Associate at Boylan Lawyers, has built an impressive career within the employment law area over her 7 years practising. Alison has experience on both sides so to speak, working for both the compensating authority and with plaintiffs. She has also acted on matters in the South Australian Employment Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts.
Alison has acted for many seriously injured workers in various industries, including construction. She has helped workers with traumatic injuries obtain fair compensation, treatment, and management for their injuries. Her experience ranges from clients with significant facial injuries to paraplegic workplace accidents where she was able to successfully obtain IVF funding for the client.
