Shelley completed a Bachelor of Laws at Adelaide University and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Australian National University and was admitted to practice in 2013.
She came to Boylan Lawyers from a position in remote South Australia, where she worked with victims of domestic violence through an NGO. Her primary background is in all aspects of family law, including children, property settlement and divorce as well as estate matters.
While studying, Shelley worked for an organisation which provided services throughout Australia’s Nullarbor and through the Northern Territory. Although originally from the city, she has always been passionate about the rural lifestyle and providing services to areas outside of the city. She is excited to be protecting client’s rights in both Port Pirie and Port Augusta.
Shelley is very approachable and with a background in customer service, she understands the importance of clear communication. She will guide clients through the legal process and seeks to ensure their understanding at every stage.
While her main background is in family law, Shelley has developed a broad range of skills covering many areas of law.
